What To Do For Weight Loss? Exercise Or Diet.

YOU CAN’T SIMPLY LOSE WEIGHT ON YOUR PREFERENCES.

Being healthy is simple, right? “Eat less, Exercise more.” That’s easy to say, but what is more important when it comes to health and fitness? Diet or exercise?

Yes, (DIET) we should all eat healthier. Yes, (EXERCISE) we should exercise every day. There are infinite things we could do in order to be healthier but they don’t take into account the reality of life: we are all constrained by a finite amount of resources such as time, energy, willpower and money.

Is diet extremely important to fat loss OR weight loss? Yes. Is working out essential to fat loss or weight loss? Yes; completely. Both are totally necessary for a strong, healthy, good-looking body. Without exercise, a person will be forced to maintain a very low calorie diet, which is not particularly healthy.By sticking to diet you will lose weight but you will be deprived of strength and endurance.

For anyone who’s still standing by the idea of diet being so much more important, remember that this weight loss is not a sigh of healthy lifestyle.

Diet and Exercise Complement Each Other

When you add exercise to a healthier diet, you’re naturally satisfied with more constant weight loss over the long term. You can lose weight with diet alone, but exercise is an important factor. Without it, you will lose weight —but you will lack stamina and many more things. Since working out stimulates growth of those metabolic tissues, losing weight through exercise means you’re burning mostly fat. You’ll get leaner faster by using your body weight with movements like squats, lunges, push-ups and planks.

So you should exercise along with your diet because they both together leads to a healthy weight loss. If you will only exercise and don’t diet you will not lose weight .On the other hand, if you will only diet and won’t exercise you will have muscle loss, you won’t be having enough stamina strength and you will not feel happy from within. There will be no reduction in body fat, no changes in muscle mass etc.

Exercise: Lifts mood – I heard from my friend many times that if he doesn’t workout he doesn’t feel good. So stick to a healthy lifestyle.

FITNESS IS NOT ABOUT SHORT TERM LOSS BUT IT’S ABOUT HEALTHY LIFESTYLE!!!!
