The Method of Soaking Almonds:-
Immerse a handful of almonds in ½ cup of water. Cover it and let it soak for at least eight hours. Drain the water and remove the skin and store the almonds in plastic container. In this way, the soaked almonds can last for a week.
I have started this habit of eating soaked almonds first thing in the morning and I am hoping to see some really good results. Moreover it digests quickly than raw almonds and it’s very good for women who are expecting a baby. So, make it into a habit and soak overnight the almonds and include it in your daily diet every morning. For good health, you can consume 5-6 soaked almonds in a day.
After myself experimenting I came to this conclusion that whenever you are putting almonds overnight in water, cover it with a plate or anything because if you will not cover it than you will definitely find a change in taste. The covered ones will peel off more quickly than uncovered ones and the taste is good of covered ones. You will love to eat more and more.
