How to Make a Perfect Morning

To me, Morning is an important time of the day. How I spend my Morning usually decides the kind of day I am going to have.

1) Get up early: Getting up early is the best thing as it keeps you fresh the entire day. I start my day with a glass of lukewarm water. It helps cleanse my body by flushing out the toxins.

2) My fitness funda: My workout routine given by B2ZONE. I follow the diet given by the owner strictly. Apart from that I love to do Surya Namaskar, cycling and skipping.

3) Healthy breakfast: My breakfast includes Papaya, dry fruits, watermelon juice, multigrain bread toast, oats or Poha.I never skip my breakfast.

4) Dress up: This is most important, I spend some time taking a hot shower and getting ready. I love to wear dresses in which I feel comfortable. I love wearing formals at my work place and love trying new hairstyles every time.

I am not someone who walks out in the morning. I prefer going for walks late in the evening.
