I have started this habit of eating soaked almonds first thing in the morning and I am hoping to see some really good results. So, make it into a habit and soak overnight the almonds and include it in your daily diet every morning. For good health, you can consume 5-6 soaked almonds in a day.

After myself experimenting I came to this conclusion that whenever you are putting almonds overnight in water, cover it with a plate or anything because if you will not cover it than you will definitely find a change in taste.
