My Healthy Morning Full of Healthy Lifestyle and Fitness

My morning breakfast is full of all these things. Through this I am healthy and fit. This is not the only way to remain fit, by eating you have to carry your daily workout as well to remain fit.

I eat a plate full of papaya, half pomegranate, any one tradition food item – Be it Poha (Brown bread, rice puffed, chapatti poha), Upma, Brown bread toast, Idli or any paratha (Fenugreek, Flaxseed, Cucumber, cumin, Bottle gourd, moong dal, Paneer, Radish etc) and one amla.
Remember whatever you make, cook in less quantity of oil. Apart from all this I include all this in my morning breakfast which I mentioned below:

Flaxseed –

It’s full of Omega3 and fiber. It is very good for women.

If you are not eating or taking proper vitamins or minerals, flaxseed is the best way to ensure you get sufficient fiber in your diet. Flax seeds are the best which helps you to reduce weight. It improves your skin and makes it free from acne. You can start your day by adding ground flaxseed into your lukewarm lemon water which you drink early in the morning or any other hot water to detox your body. I add flaxseed to my regular cereal morning breakfast will give my boring bowl a fresh nutty flavor. E.g. Cornflakes/oats or add it to your poha, upma and idli batter/ parathas, curd etc. You can make a powder of it by roasting it. You can take two spoons of flax seeds daily. Most important is that Flax seed can help in fat burning.

Hazelnuts –

Sometimes called fiber nuts, hazelnuts are one of my particular favorites when it comes to nuts. It is full of protein, fiber, important vitamins and minerals. I love to eat that after roasting it, it adds another layer of flavor to your food.


Morning and Berries are the best combinations. Berries are the perfect foods to kick-start your day. The Rostaa Morning Berries are an enjoyable mix of blackberries, cranberries, blueberries, strawberries, almonds, cashews, pistachios, and raisins. I don’t eat cashew nuts as that puts on weight, so I take that out and eat a handful of morning berries. They are crunchy and delicious food packed with health benefits. It is recommended that you store it in a cool and dry place to maintain the freshness and crunch. It aids in weight loss.

Pumpkin Seeds –

Pumpkin seeds are the full of iron, zinc, Vitamins and Magnesium.
