Healthy is anything which is unprocessed-food that are eaten the way they are grown underground or above ground. The foods which are eaten in the raw form or may be cooked but not fully – I mean no chemicals and anything added to that or the ones that are not sprayed with pesticides.
You should at the same time take enough protein, carbohydrate, iron, Zinc, Vitamin B12, Omega-3, and Vitamin D etc. Your protein should always be more than your carbohydrate which keeps you fit!
Raw food is vegetables, fruits, nuts, seeds, sea vegetables and sprouted grains etc.
By eating those as they are you get more energy and strength and healthy. One of the many benefits of a raw food diet is that it’s very alkaline. Our bodies’ natural state is to be alkaline. A good percentage of nutrients are lost when we cook food or eat canned food. Plus our bodies have to work a lot harder at digestion when food is cooked.
If you are ready to take the next step towards a healthier and happier life you from today start eating healthy. Avoid sweets, junk food etc.
